With budgets as tight as ever, most small and mid-sized businesses need compelling reasons beyond hardware refresh lifecycles to upgrade to the latest operating system.


After the misadventure of Windows Vista, Microsoft had to work long and hard to regain the trust and dollars of their customers. So when Windows 7 debuted, there was a lot of reticence on the buyer side toward early adoption.
